Our Background

INISIATIF HATI Sdn Bhd (IHSB) is a registered Contractor with the Ministry of Finance. We are the main provider in aviation training services for the Malaysia Armed Forces, various government bodies & private organisations in Malaysia.

The principle focus & purpose of the company is in the provision of aviation training and development of human resource & research and development in the aerospace field.

We at IHSB strongly believe that high quality and skilled human resource is a core factor in ensuring the success of the country’s Defence Industrial Support.

IHSB is managed by a team of a very diversified and experienced professionals who had successfully served both the military and Malaysian aerospace industrial sector.

Meet The Founders

MAJ GEN DATO MOHAMAD ALI WAYAT RMAF (RET)

CHAIRMAN

Maj General Dato’ (Ret) Mohamed Ali Wayat served over 25 years in the RMAF in both operational squadrons and senior planning staff. He was the team leader that develops the force structure modernization blueprint of the RMAF for Year 2000 and beyond.

COL MOHAMAD ALWI ABDUL WAHAB RMAF (RET)

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Col Alwi served the RMAF for over 20 years.  He has the experience both the fighters and training units, and also in the RMAF Planning and Development Department at the Air Force Headquarters in the Ministry of Defence.
